Reservation Policies
- Reservations are unavailable to those under 21 years of age.
- Security deposit is required upon check-in.
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 4pm at which time the room will be released with no further obligation to you.
- Guaranteed reservations will be held until your arrival. Cancellations require 24 hrs notice, should you not be able to keep your guaranteed reservation, simply call our toll-free reservation line (1-800-577-9720) to cancel.
- If you are unable to arrive before 11:30pm call our toll-free number to arrange for a late check-in.
Check In / Check Out Times
- Check in time is 3pm - 11:30pm
- Check out time is 11am.
Registration
- Identification in the form of a valid major credit card or driver's license is required.
- A credit card deposit pre-authorization will be required.
- Newmarket Inn office opens daily from 7:00am to 11:30pm (7 days per week).
House Policies
- No parties permitted.
- No visitors after 11pm.
- No personal cheques accepted.
Pets
- Newmarket Inn only permits dogs at this time.
- Guests must call in advance to inquire about booking a room with a pet.
- We accept a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
- Pet fee is $20 per pet.
- Pets must be crated while left alone in your room.
