Newmarket Hotel Policies

Reservation Policies 

  • Reservations are unavailable to those under 21 years of age.
  • Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 4pm at which time the room will be released with no further obligation to you.
  • Guaranteed reservations will be held until your arrival. Cancellations require 24 hrs notice, should you not be able to keep your guaranteed reservation, simply call our toll-free reservation line (1-800-577-9720) to cancel.
  • If you are unable to arrive before 11:30pm call our toll-free number to arrange for a late check-in.

Check In / Check Out Times

  • Check in time is 3pm - 11:30pm
  • Check out time is 11am.

Registration 

  • Identification in the form of a valid major credit card or driver's license is required.
  • A cash deposit is required without a credit card.
  • Newmarket Inn office open daily from 7:00am to 11:30pm (7 days per week).

House Policies 

  • No parties permitted.
  • No visitors after 11pm.
  • No personal cheques accepted.
  • Please enquire about pets.
